2. Đọc lại từ đầu và sửa lỗi bằng phần mềm, ví dụ như dùng công cụ “Spelling and Grammar” của chương trình Microsoft Word vừa nhanh vừa chính xác.
3. Không cần viết theo thứ tự như nói ở trên, và trong mỗi phần, có ý nào thì viết luôn (câu dễ viết trước, câu khó viết sau). Sau đó “chèn” (copy and paste) các ý khác, phần khác vào để đỡ mất thời gian.
4. Dùng câu mẫu, tốt nhất là học thuộc một số mẫu câu để “lắp ghép” cho nhanh như dưới đây (để tham khảo):

5. Ngoài ra, cần chú ý cách dùng từ ngữ, kiểu chữ, cỡ chữ, độ dài bức thư (khi trả lời hoặc gửi lần đầu)… tùy theo quan hệ thân sơ, tính chất xã giao (ví dụ: thư gửi cho sứ quán khác với cho doanh nghiệp).
